We are looking for a receptionist to be in charge of receiving clients and visitors to our office. He will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.
Responsibilities.
Greet customers and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
Help customers find their way around the hotel.
Preparation of meeting and training rooms.
Answer phones in a professional manner and route calls as needed.
Classification and distribution of mail.
Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements.
Previous experience as a receptionist or similar.
Excellent skills in written and verbal communication.
Good time management skills.
Experience in administrative and administrative procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, assisting with various tasks as needed.
