Position: Head Chef
Job Description:
We are seeking a Head Chef with over 8 years of experience in the culinary sector for a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate must have excellent English skills, both spoken and written, and solid experience in managing kitchen operations through computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Creation and development of innovative menus aligned with the restaurant’s concept.
Supervision and training of the kitchen team to maintain high standards of quality.
Management of cost control, inventories, and orders.
Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
At least 8 years of experience as a Head Chef, preferably in high-volume restaurants.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in computerized kitchen management.
